                              In Irisan , there was a first family , these are the Family of Luna, Smith ,Bugnay  Alvarez ,Maganes ,Oseo ,Bugnay ,Copero , Dunnong ,Gabol, Saguid , Menecio, Tacloy , Balaon ,Ingosan ,Catalan ,Tacay, Cutay ,and Mang-os . In the past years , Idisan is known as Ibaloi word of Irisan and is thickly forested with pinetrees . The word Idisan was change by the American Colonizers which it is called  now a IRISAN . 

                                                

                                        In the past years , Irisan is part of Tuba Benguet and Joaquin Smith is the first mayor. 

Ibalois Houses was made of pine wood and cogon stick roofing or sapsap. In the past years , Apugan is where a gold panning was done and lime quarry. Lime KILN(19450) to supply lime for their gold mines in Itogon. Joint venture between Ibaloi , Felipe Pucay and the American Company . In 1952 Baguio Military Institute was sold by the Korean and now it became the COYESAN . In 1983 , Land of Daniel Maganes, Tomas Smith , Gabol and Saguid designated as resettlement area for urban poor during Mayor Bueno.And in the past years , when they buy a land it will be a 2.00 per square meter . The land of Joaquin Smith became public land for housing of employees of the Baguio City Health Department under the leadership of Dr. Gorospe .Irisan is the Biggest population that has 33 puroks and settlers from CAR , from Manila and lowland provinces . 

Virginia Luna is a Barangay Captain inj 1972-1988 and she also a Barangay Official in 1967-1970. In Irisan  there was a Monilization , marginalization , dislocatiopn , silence , and invisibility of the ibalois in the face of rapid urbanization and massive in migration of numerous peoples and cultures in Bguio. Virginia Luna has a native from Brlig , and after separation , she married felix Luna an ibaloi man . Virginia Luna bore 9 children , 1 adopt and 1 anoher step sister
